Do you require a deposit to book?

No, I do not require a retainer fee at this time to hold session dates. Your session will be scheduled and written in my calendar at time of inquiry and confirmation. Although rescheduling a missed session is important, a last minute cancellation cannot take priority in scheduling, especially in busy seasons. However, a future date will be chosen, it just may not be first date(s) preferred by the client.

We will discuss all of the following details:
Type of session (portraits, events, etc.)
Date and Time suggestions and availability
Location of shoot (I have suggestions in and out of Uvalde, Texas)

I DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL MESSAGES. I do not recommend calling/texting my personal phone, or messaging my personal accounts as your inquiries will most likely be lost in my personal day to day.

What is your cancellation policy?

I am a very understanding person when it comes to unexpected events happening. I do not have a minimum time frame to cancel, however, the sooner the notification is sent the better.

However, no shows and no tells will be blacklisted.

How do I pay?

I accept Venmo, Cash, or check ONLY. Payment must be sent before or at the session. Final galleries will not be sent without payment.

What is your tardy policy?

I know it can be hard to make a certain time. I am no stranger to tardiness, unfortunately, but that is life sometimes! I am booked with you for your session from the time we agreed upon meeting until the end of the session time you chose. If you are 5 minutes late, no worries! 10 minutes, it happens! 15 minutes and over might put a damper on the session.

Please keep in mind the later you are the less time you will have in your session.

This especially goes for time slots on mini days as they are much shorter than normal sessions. If you are 10 minutes late to your 20 minute mini I cannot make up time for you or push back your time as there is a list of others on the schedule.

There is no late fee, however the length of the tardiness will be taken from the session time. I cannot guarantee extended time as there are usually others on my schedule as well, or lack of daylight, it will be a case to case basis.

Do you travel?

Yes, absolutely! I am based in Uvalde, Texas. I travel all over Texas, and am willing to travel out of state or internationally!

My travel fee is $30 per driving travel hour. This includes gas, time, mileage, etc. Destinations further than a 2 and a half hour drive will need to have a hotel compensation.

Plane tickets and hotel stays are paid by the client.

How long does it take to receive the images?

I send sneak peeks about a week after your session date. I deliver the entire album via online digital album sent through a link or email within 3-4 weeks after the session date.

Turnaround time is subject to change due to full schedules, busier seasons, frequent travel, personal matters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Do you give out unedited images?

I do not send unedited images to anyone for any reason. When you book with me you are hiring me for my art and style of editing. Taking the photos is just half of the process. Half the magic comes from my editing style.

Stylistic request changes by the client are heard no more than 24 hours after full album delivery, and taken under consideration. Ultimately, the discretion is up to the photographer whether editing requests will be done.

Do you photograph weddings?

YES, I absolutely do! Please send me a contact form on the home page. I will email my wedding collection guide to you with my email reply. I would love to be considered to capture your special day!
